Chinese chicken shashlik
Ingredients:
For chicken marinate:
- Chicken breasts: 500mg(cut into cubes)
- Lemon juice: 2tbsp
- Soya sauce: 2tbsp
- Vinegar: 2tbsp
- Ginger paste: 1tbsp
- MSG or azinomoto or testing salt: 1tsp
- Red chili and black pepper powder: 1tsp each
- Salt: 1/2tsp
For sauce
- Tomato sauce: 1/2cup
- Chili sauce: 2tbsp
- Vinegar: 2tbsp
- Tomato puree: 1cup
- Chicken stock or Water: 1/2cup
- Oregano: 1tsp
- sugar: 1tbsp
- Black pepper powder: 1tsp
- Chopped garlic: 1tbsp
- Butter: 2tbsp
Others:
- Capsicum, tomato and onion: 1 , 2 and 2 (all vegetables cut into square cubes)
- Shashlik sticks: 6
- Oil or butter for frying
