Fruits raita

Ingredients:

  • Mix fruits small cubes (apple, banana, mango, pineapple, grapes etc.): 1/4cup each
  • Yogurt: 500mg
  • Lemon juice: 1tbsp
  • Salt and black salt as needed
  • Sugar: 2tsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder: 1tsp
  • Mint and coriander leaves as taste

Instructions:

Mix yogurt, salt, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder and lemon juice in a big bowl.
Now add fruits and coriander leaves with yogurt mixture. mix well.
Serve cold with biryani, ruti or plain rice.
