In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar .then add oil to the mixer. Then add warm milk and start kneading using your hands or flour mixer. Knead for about 10 minutes adding more flour as needed (kneading part is very important for making soft bread). The dough should be smooth, elastic and not too dry.Shape it into a ball and put it in a greased bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Take the dough and form into a rectangle and roll up tight, tucking in the ends. It should look like a small loaf.(See picture)
Place it into greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes until about doubled in size. (See picture)
Brush the egg yolk on top and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 190C for 35 mins. cool at least 20 minutes before cutting.
