- All purpose flour: 4cup
- Instant yeast: 4tsp
- Sugar: 4tsp
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Milk powder: 1/4cup
- Oil: 1/4cup
- Warm water as needed
Preparing pizza crust:
In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough (when kneading the dough, use little oil in both hand).
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Take the dough and knead again with some flour. Divide the dough into two portions.
Roll one of the dough to about 1/4inch thick round ruti and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Take a sharp knife or fork and make tiny slits all over the base.
Take another portion and make around 16(or more) small balls. Fill every ball with some grated mozzarella cheese and seal the balls. Now place them all around the border of pizza base. (see picture)
Preheat oven at 250c.
Now spread sauce and mayonnaise over middle crust; top with capsicum slices and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1tsp oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250c. Once completely baked, remove from oven and serve hot.
