Chicken kebab pizza


for chicken kebab

  • chicken breasts: 2(wash and boiled)
  • boiled and mashed potato: 1/2cup
  • ginger garlic paste: 1tsp each
  • olive oil: 2 tbsp.
  • red chili powder/paprika powder: 1tsp
  • oregano: 1/2tsp
  • black pepper powder: 1tsp
  • cumin powder: 1/2tsp
  • chopped onion: 1
  • lemon juice: 1tbsp

for pizza toppings

  • Grated mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
    • pizza sauce or Ketchup:2tbsp
    • red and green Capsicum: ½ cup chopped
  • Sweet corn, olives etc
  • oregano: 1tsp

 For dough:

  • All-purpose flour: 2cup
    • Instant yeast: 2tsp
    • Sugar: 2tsp
    • Salt: 1 tsp
    • Milk powder: 2tbsp
    • Oil: 2tbsp
    • Warm water as needed


Preparing chicken kebab

Boil the chicken pieces and then shred or coarsely grind it. Now add all the kebab ingredients with shredded chicken and mix well.
Now shape small balls from the mixture and set aside.
Dip each ball in some beaten egg then in some breadcrumbs.
Heat 1/4cup oil in a frying pan, shallow fry them on both sides until golden and crispy.

Preparing pizza:

In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast. Mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
place the dough in a surface and knead again.
Now Roll out the dough using flour. Take a sharp knife or fork and make tiny slits all over the pizza base.


Preheat oven at 250C.
Now spread pizza sauce and cheese over pizza base. Then place chicken kebab over sauce; top with capsicum slices, corn and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1tsp oregano. (decorate as you wish)
Bake for 15 minutes at 250c. Once completely baked, remove from oven and serve hot.


(*For pizza sauce:(it’s optional, you can use tomato sauce)

  • tomato paste: ½ cup
  • tomato sauce: ½ cup
  • dried oregano:1 tsp
  • sugar:1tsp
  • paprika:1tsp
  • garlic: 1tbsp (finely chopped)
  • red chili flakes: 1tsp
  • butter:1tbsp

Preparing sauce:

Heat butter in a bowl on medium flame, add garlic and stir well. Now add tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika and red chili flakes and stir to combine.

Add oregano, salt and sugar. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.  *)
