- cabbage : 1/2cup
- carrot : 1/2cup(julienne cut)
- medium sized prawn : ½ cup
- chicken breasts :1/2 cup(sliced into strips)
- sugar :1 tbsp
- chopped Garlic:1tbsp
- chopped green chilies : 1tbsp
- chopped spring onion (green) : 1/4 cup
- chopped capsicum (green and red) : 1/4 cup
- Freshly ground black pepper : 1 tsp(finely ground)
