Kachki fish chorchori


Kachki fish chorchori:




  1. Kachki Fish : 1/2kg
  2. Chopped Onion: 2cup
  3. Chopped tomato: 1cup
  4. Ginger paste: 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste: 1tbsp
  6. Coriander : 1tsp, powdered
  7. Red chillies: 2 tsp, powdered
  8. Turmeric: 1 tsp , powdered
  9. Fresh coriander: 1/4cup ,finely chopped
  10. Green chilies: 6
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Mustard oil : 1/2 cup mustard oil


Wash the fish properly.
Add all the ingredients except kachki fish. Mix those well.
Now add kachki fish with that mixture and gently mix it.
Heat a pan and spread the fish mixture into the pan and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
After 2 minutes, cover the pan and Cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until all water dries up.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the heat.8
Enjoy with hot rice.
