Kachki fish chorchori:
Ingredients:
- Kachki Fish : 1/2kg
- Chopped Onion: 2cup
- Chopped tomato: 1cup
- Ginger paste: 1 tsp
- Garlic paste: 1tbsp
- Coriander : 1tsp, powdered
- Red chillies: 2 tsp, powdered
- Turmeric: 1 tsp , powdered
- Fresh coriander: 1/4cup ,finely chopped
- Green chilies: 6
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil : 1/2 cup mustard oil
Instructions:
Wash the fish properly.
Add all the ingredients except kachki fish. Mix those well.
Now add kachki fish with that mixture and gently mix it.
Heat a pan and spread the fish mixture into the pan and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
After 2 minutes, cover the pan and Cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until all water dries up.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the heat.8
Enjoy with hot rice.
