Mango salsa


  • Ripe mango: 2
  • Small Cucumber: 1 ( small cubed or chopped)
  • Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
  • Red capsicum/bell pepper: 1/3cup
  • Lemon/lime juice: 2tbsp (from 1 lemon)
  • Salt and black pepper powder as needed
  • Chopped green chilies: 2 pieces
  • Coriander leaves: 2tbsp


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and adjust salt and pepper.
Refrigerate 3 hours or more before serving and serve cold.
