Heat butter in a bowl on medium flame, add garlic and stir well. Now add tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika and red chili flakes and stir to combine.
Add oregano, salt and sugar. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until soft. Add all filling spices and stir to combine. After 2 minutes add prawn and combine well. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Dry the mixture as much as possible. Turn off the heat.
Preparing pizza crust:
In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Once rise, knead the dough for a minute before rolling and divide dough into two equal portions.
Dust one portion of dough in flour and roll it out into a rectangular shape of about quarter inch thickness. Spread your filling leaving a border of about 1 inch all around. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese on the filling. Then from one end, roll the dough with the filling.
Place the dough on your greased baking tray. Again cover the tray and let them rise slightly for about 10 minutes.
