Fruity yogurt custard

Fruity yogurt custard:

Preparing custard:

• Boiled Milk: 1/2litre
  • Powder milk: 1/2cup
  • Corn flour:1/2cup
  • Vanilla flavored Custard powder: 2tbsp
  • Egg yolk: 2
  • Sugar: 1/4cup

In a bowl add all the above ingredients and whisk well. Make a smooth mix and Make sure there are no lumps.

Add the custard mixture into a saucepan and cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick.

Turn off the heat, pour the thick custard in a tray and let it cool completely. refrigerate for 3 hours.

Then cut the custard into small cubes using wet knife.

Preparing strawberry or cherry jello:

• 1 packet strawberry jello
• 2cup water

Heat the water. When start to boil, switch off the heat. Combine Jello; stir until completely dissolved.

Take a big bowl or some small size bowls.

Pour jello mixture and let it set.

Preparing fruity yogurt custard:

• Mixed fruits- anything of your choice
  (Banana, apple, pineapple, pomegranate, pear, mango. grapes (seedless), strawberry etc).
  thick yogurt: 3cup
• Cream: 1/2cream
• sugar: 1/4cup

Now mix yogurt, cream and sugar very well. mix custard cubes, mix fruits with it. refrigerate for 1hour.

Pour it over jello mixture and Serve cold ….
