tomato paste: ½ cup
tomato sauce: ½ cup
dried oregano:1 tsp
sugar:1tsp
paprika:1tsp
garlic: 1tbsp (finely chopped)
red chili flakes: 1tsp
butter:1tbsp
Preparing sauce:
heat butter in a bowl on medium flame, add garlic and stir well. Now add tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika and red chili flakes and stir to combine.
Add oregano, salt and sugar. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. *)
Instructions:
Preparing cheese sauce:
Add cheddar cheese slice and warm milk in a small bowl. Place this bowl over hot water and stir constantly until cheese melted completely.
Preparing pizza crust:
In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast. Mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Once rise, divide the dough into 2 portions (One big portion and one small portion).
Take the big portion and Roll out the pizza base using flour. Pour cheese sauce over this pizza base and spread evenly.
Now take another portion and make thin ruti. place this ruti over cheese sauce. Press and close the edges. Take a sharp knife or fork and make tiny slits all over the ruti.
Preheat oven at 250c.
Now spread pizza sauce over pizza base; top with capsicum slices and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1tsp oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250c. Once completely baked, remove from oven and serve hot.
