Ingredients:
For fish fry
- Fish fillet(any big fish) : 1/2kg(cut into big pieces)
- Paprika or Red chili powder: 1tsp
- Tandoori masala: 1tsp(optional)
- Salt: 1/2tsp
- corn flour: 1tbsp
- Oil: 2tbsp
For salad
- Finely chopped Garlic: 2tbsp
- Roasted peanuts: 1/4cup
- sesame oil or butter: 2tbsp
- Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
- Soya sauce: 1tbsp
- Fish sauce: 1tbsp
- Fish stock or water: 2tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1tbsp
All vegetables
- Spring onion: 1/4cup(sliced into strips)
- Capsicum: 1/4cup((sliced into strips)
- Red capsicum: 1/4cup(sliced into strips)
- Carrot: 1/4cup (half boiled and sliced)
- Dry Red chilies: 4(cut into chunks)
