Chicken sandwich cake


  • 8 inch round or 8 slice square sandwich bread (use my homemade bread. Recipe:  )
  • 1/2cup cooked and thinly sliced chicken(mix ginger garlic paste, 1 pc chicken cube, 1tsp garam masala powder and 1tsp black pepper powder with chicken and fry until tender)
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber, ¼ cup lettuce and carrot
  • 1/4cup mayonnaise for filling and 1/4cup for frosting
  • 1/4cup ketchup
  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  • Cheese slice(optional)
  • Some cucumber, carrot and egg slice for Decorating


Mix the cucumber, carrot and lettuce with the shredded chicken and combine. Now add ketchup, black pepper powder and ¼ cup mayonnaise with chicken mixture. Set aside.
Using a sharp knife, cut the round bread, horizontally, into three layers.


Take a bread piece and apply a light layer of chicken salad mixture on it in an even layer. Top with another slice and press down gently. Repeat it again.
spread the remaining 1/4cup mayonnaise over top and sides of sandwich cake.
Decorate with cucumber, carrot and egg slice.
Cut and serve.
