Butter roll


Butter rolls :


For dough:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
1/3 cup warm milk
1 egg and 2 tbsp oil
Some sesame seeds


In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, dry yeast, sugar .then add oil to the mixer. Add ½ of an egg and mix it. Then add warm milk and start kneading using your hands .Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Cut the dough into 6 equal pieces, shape them as balls.


Roll them and Spread some butter on the top of one dough and place another dough. Keep doing the same for all.
Roll it all using a roller. Cut the dough into equal pieces. Shape them. Brush the pastry with remaining ½ of egg yolk you can season with sesame seeds before you put these into the oven.
Wait for another 30 minutes so that it ferments.
Cook for around 25 to 30 minutes on 200C (400 F) pre-heated oven.
