red and green capsicum: 1cup(cut into thin strips)
Carrot: 1cup (sliced into long strips)
Celery : 1/4cup
sesame oil or butter: 2tbsp
Instructions:
Mix all the marinade ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Heat 2tbsp oil in a frying pan, and fry beef pieces (7-10 mins) until crispy and brown. Add sauce mixture and cook for some minute or until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickened.
In another frying pan, add butter and garlic and stir fry for a few seconds. Add capsicums, carrot slices and stir fry for one minute.
Add the beef mixture and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the celery and simmer for another minute.
