Meatball spaghetti

Meatball spaghetti:

Preparing meatballs:


  • Beef keema : 2 cup
  • bread: 2 pieces
  • Ginger paste:  1tsp
  • Garlic paste: 1tsp
  • parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup(chopped)
  • Parsley:1 tsp
  • Oregano: 1 tsp heaped
  • lemon zest grated: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed: 1tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • milk: 1/4cup
  • Fried Onion (Beresta): 1/2 Cup
  • Egg : 1
  • Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
  • Bread crumbs : 1/4cup
Soak the bread in milk. Squeeze milk out and set aside.
In a large bowl, add all the meatballs ingredients and mix well.
Using hands make round balls and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry them till brown all around and then place them on paper towel to drain the extra oil.

Preparing spaghetti:

Add the pasta or spaghetti to the boiling water with 1tbsp oil and stir. Start tasting after 5 minutes. When it is tender but not mushy, drain it.

Preparing sauce:

  • Olive oil: 1tbsp
  • Garlic: 2tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Tomato puree: 2 cup
  • Tomato sauce: ½ cup
  • Parsley: ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Dried oregano: 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and cooked until softened. Add tomato puree, tomato sauce, celery, parsley, oregano and cook until little thick.
Now add the meatballs and simmer for further 5 minutes, and add the spaghetti mix well.
serve hot with extra cheese of your choice and enjoy.
