freshly ground black pepper : 1/2 tsp(finely ground)
chilli flakes: 1tsp
oregano or Italian seasoning: 1 tsp(optional)
fresh parsley or coriander leaves: 2tbsp
salt as needed
Cook the spaghetti with 1tsp oil for 5 minutes in a pan of boiling water. Drain and then run them under cold running water, and drain again.
Heat butter in a pan, then add the onions and fry until soft.
Then add the garlic and chopped tomato. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 mins. Then add the prawns and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Now add the green chilies, salt, black pepper, oregano and sugar.
Add the cooked spaghetti and chopped parsley to the pan and toss to combine.
