Preparing filling


1 cup chicken or meat(cut into small pieces)
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 cup mix vegetables( capsicum, tomato and carrot)
1 tbsp butter
1/2cup mozzarella cheese and

1tsp oregano 

Heat the pan, add oil and ¼ cup onion.fry onion till soft. then add chicken, salt , ginger and garlic paste and black pepper. Cook them for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure that the mixture is completely dry. Finally, add the mix vegetables, tomato sauce, oregano and soya sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.switch off the heat and now add some green chilies and cheese to the mixer.

For dough:

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
1cup warm milk
1 egg and 2 tbsp oil
1 extra egg and some sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt , dry yeast, sugar .then add oil to the mixer. Add an egg and mix it. Then add warm milk and start kneading using your hands .Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Shape the dough pieces into a ball size (12 ball)and Roll out each ball to about 4″ diameter.
Make 4 diagonal slits and leaving the center intact and put your filling in the center .
take one portion and cover the filling with it .then take opposite portion and cover the filling again. then take another two portion and cover your all sides.

Now you can brush some egg yolk on the top of your roses and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Preheat your oven at 180 degree C. Bake for 20 minutes.
