Preparing filling
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken or meat(cut into small pieces)
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup mix vegetables( capsicum, tomato and carrot)
1 tbsp butter
1/2cup mozzarella cheese and
1tsp oregano
Heat the pan, add oil and ¼ cup onion.fry onion till soft. then add chicken, salt , ginger and garlic paste and black pepper. Cook them for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure that the mixture is completely dry. Finally, add the mix vegetables, tomato sauce, oregano and soya sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.switch off the heat and now add some green chilies and cheese to the mixer.
For dough:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
1cup warm milk
1 egg and 2 tbsp oil
1 extra egg and some sesame seeds
