Cheessy stuffed crust pizza


  • Grated mozzarella cheese: 1 ½ cup
  • Ketchup: 2tbsp
  • Mayonnaise: 2tbsp
  • Capsicum: 1/4cup chopped
  • Oregano: 1tsp
  • you can add any filling like beef or chicken(optional)

For dough:

  • All purpose flour: 2cup
  • Instant yeast: 2tsp
  • Sugar: 2tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Milk powder: 1tbsp
  • Oil: 2tbsp
  • Warm water as needed


Preparing pizza crust:

In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough (when kneading the dough, use little oil in both hand).
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Preheat oven at 220c.
Take the dough and Roll out the dough using some flour. Crust should be slightly bigger than pizza.
Place 1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese around the edges of round pizza and fold the extra crust up and over the cheese.
Now spread sauce and mayonnaise over middle crust; top with capsicum slices and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 1tsp oregano.
Bake for 15 minutes at 220c. Once completely baked, remove from oven and serve hot.
