Pizza paratha


  • All purpose flour: 2cup
  • Salt: 1tsp
  • Oil: 3tbsp
  • Egg: 1/2
  • Lukewarm Water as needed to make a dough

For filling:

  • Grated mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
  • Ketchup:3tbs
  • Capsicum: ½ cup chopped
  • oregano: 1tsp
  • Corn: 1/4cup
  • Cooked and shredded beef or chicken(optional)


Mix flour, salt and Rub the flour with 2 tbsp of oil.
Add egg and water and make a soft dough. Let this rest for 20 min.
Divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Keep aside.
Brush the rolling surface with some oil. Now Take one ball and roll it into a circle like roti.
Now spread 1tbsp tomato sauce over paratha; top with capsicum slices, corns, beef and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some oregano.

Now cover it with another rolled roti.
Press and close the edges using fork. Take a sharp knife or fork and make some tiny slits all over the ruti.
Heat a frying pan, place pizza paratha very carefully into the pan. Sprinkle 1tsp oil and Fry both side on medium heat.
Pizza paratha is ready. Cut into pieces and serve hot.
