Beef pizza:


• Grated mozzarella cheese: 1cup
• Ketchup:1tbsp

For filling:

• Beef mince: 1cup
• Onion: 2tbsp(finely chopped)
• Tomato paste: 2tbsp
• butter or oil: 2tbsp
• salt to taste
• turmeric powder: ½ tsp
• red chili powder: ½ tsp
• black pepper: ½ tsp
• ginger paste: 1tsp
• garlic paste: 1tsp
• pinch of sugar

For dough:

• All purpose flour: 2cup
• Instant yeast: 2tsp
• Sugar: 1tbsp
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Milk powder: 2tbsp
• Oil: 3tbsp
• Warm water as needed

For pizza sauce:

• tomato paste: ½ cup
• tomato sauce: ½ cup
• dried oregano:1 tsp
• sugar:1tsp
• paprika:1tsp
• garlic: 1tbsp(finely chopped)
• red chili flakes: 1tsp
• butter:1tbsp


Preparing filling:

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until soft. Add all filling spices and stir to combine. After 2 minutes add beef mince and combine well. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Dry the mixture as much as possible. Turn off the heat

Preparing pizza crust:

In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
 Once rise, roll out the dough using flour and place on your greased baking tray. Again cover the tray and let the bases rise slightly for about 10 minutes.

 Preparing sauce:

Heat butter in a bowl on medium flame, add garlic and stir well. Now add tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika and red chili flakes and stir to combine.
Add oregano, salt and sugar. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Assemble pizza:

Spread sauce over crust to within 1/2 in. of edge.
Then spread some cheese and beef filling.
Next add shredded cheese again and drizzle with a bit of ketchup.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
