In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Once rise, roll out the dough using flour to fit a 22cm frying pan or make 2 small ones.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan on a low flame and place the pizza base on one side for 2 minutes , turn and cook the other side using 2 tbsp oil until the base is golden.
Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust.
Sprinkle grated cheese and arrange the diced capsicum,finally sprinkle dried oregano on top.
Partly Cover and cook over medium low heat for few minutes ( about 5 minutes)or until the cheese melts.
