Heat oil in a karahi, add chicken pieces and fry until both sides golden.
Now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry until golden. Then add tomato, cumin powder, green chilies, black pepper and red chili powder. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken tender.no need to add any water.
Now sprinkle ghee and coriander leaves. Cook for another 2 mins.
