Chicken cutlet


Chicken cutlet:


• Chicken keema:500mg
• Mashed potato:1cup
• Corn Flour: 2tbsp
• Egg:1
• Fried Onions: ¼ cup
• Ginger paste:1tsp
• Garlic paste: 1tsp
• Green chilies:1tbsp
• Red chili powder:1tsp
• Black pepper powder:1/2 tsp
• Mustard paste:1tsp
• Salt to taste
• Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
• Coriander leaves: 2tbsp
For coating:
• Egg:2(beaten)
• Breadcrumbs:1/2 cup
• Oil for frying


Take a bowl, add fried onions, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, tomato sauce, chili powder, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, salt, boiled potato, egg and mix it well.
Add chicken keema and Mix everything well and give it a taste. Adjust salt if needed.
Shape the cutlets as u wishes.
Dip each one in some beaten egg then in breadcrumbs.
Now Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides until golden and crispy.
