Chicken meatloaf

Chicken meatloaf:

Ingredients:

• Chicken keema : 500mg
• Mashed potato : 1/4cup
• Ginger paste: 1tsp
• Garlic paste: 1tsp
• Oregano : 1tsp
• Salt: 1tsp
• Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
• Soya sauce: 1tbsp
• Chili sauce: 1tbsp
• Chopped Coriander leaves: 1/4cup
• Red chili powder: 1tsp
• Black pepper: 1tsp
• Fried Onion (Beresta): 1/4Cup
• Egg : 2 beaten
• Bread crumbs : 1/2cup
• Liquid milk: 2tbsp

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Brush a deep pound cake pan or loaf pan with oil to lightly grease.

In large bowl, mix together chicken, mashed potato, bread crumbs, onion, salt, milk, oregano, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder and pepper.

In small bowl, beat eggs and add into the mixture.
Add all sauce into ground chicken mixture and mix well.

Pour and press chicken mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the cake pan and Turn onto a baking tray.
Brush some sauce over the top of the loaf and bake for another 5 miniuts.

Cut into pieces and serve with sauce or you can use it for burger filling.
