Nuty fish salad:

 

Ingredients:

For fish fry

  • Fish fillet(any big fish) : 1/2kg(cut into big pieces)
  • Paprika or Red chili powder: 1tsp
  • Tandoori masala: 1tsp(optional)
  • Salt: 1/2tsp
  • corn flour: 1tbsp
  • Oil: 2tbsp

For salad

  • Finely chopped Garlic: 2tbsp
  • Roasted peanuts: 1/4cup
  • sesame oil or butter: 2tbsp
  • Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce: 1tbsp
  • Fish sauce: 1tbsp
  • Fish stock or water: 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1tbsp

All vegetables

  • Spring onion: 1/4cup(sliced into strips)
  • Capsicum: 1/4cup((sliced into strips)
  • Red capsicum: 1/4cup(sliced into strips)
  • Carrot: 1/4cup (half boiled and sliced)
  • Dry Red chilies: 4(cut into chunks)
Gently Mix paprika, tandoori masala, salt and corn flour with fish pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until brown in both sides. Remove fish from pan and cut into long strips.
In another pan, add butter and garlic and stir fry for a few minutes. Add capsicums, carrot slices and stir fry for one minute. Add fish pieces.
Then in a bowl mix the stock, lemon juice and  all sauces. Pour this mixture into the pan and Simmer for another minute.
Stir in the spring onions, Red chilies and peanuts, season, to taste, with 1 tsp sugar and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve immediately.
