Chitol macher muitha(fish kofta)
Ingredients:
For kofta:
- Chitol mach/ sheat Fish minced: 500mg (wash the fish and using fork or hand separate bones from fish flesh)
- Corn flour: 1tbsp or mashed potato: 1cup
- Ginger: paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1/2 tsp, powdered
- Green chili paste: 2
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp, roasted and powdered
- Salt: 1/2tsp
For gravy:
- Onion paste: ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp each
- Coriander: 1tsp, powdered
- Black pepper: 1/2 tsp, powdered
- Garam masala: 1 tsp, powdered
- Red chillies:1 tsp, powdered
- Turmeric:1 tsp, powdered
- Fresh coriander: 2tbsp, finely chopped
- Green chilies: 4
- Salt to taste
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- fried golden brown onions (beresta): 2 tbsp
