mustard oil+ vegetable oil : 1/4cup + 1/4cup

fried onion(beresta):1/2 cup

Mustard(yellow + red) paste: 1/2cup (add 2 green chili with mustard to make paste)

thick yogurt: 1cup

Turmeric powder: 1tsp

Green chili, slit : 5

poppy seeds: 1tbsp
