Frozen mango lassi:
• Ripe mango: 2cup(cut into small pieces)
• Thick yogurt: 1cup
• Condensed milk: 1/2cup
• lemon juice: 1 Tablespoon
Put all the ingredients except yogurt in your blender and blend until nice and creamy.
Add yogurt and again blend for 30 seconds.
Pour mixture into an ice cream box and freeze for 4 hours.
After 4 hour, take out the frozen lassi from freezer and blend it.
Again put it into the freezer and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
Your ice cream is ready to serve.
