mango kulfi November 2, 2015June 2, 2015 by Sumona Sumi mango stuffed kulfi: Ingredients: • Ripe mango: 3 • Condensed milk: 1cup • Whipped cream:1cup(I used whipped cream) Or Fresh cream: 1cup Instructions: Cut the mango head into 1 and 1/2 inch diameter. With a Sharpe knife gently mark the edge of seed and rotating the mango until the seed is disloged. Push the mango from bottom and Scoop of the seed from the mango. Using a spoon remove the mango flesh and set aside. In a blender, blend mango flesh and Condensed milk. Place your mixer into an airtight box and freeze them in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After 3 hours, remove the mixer form refrigerator and blend for two minutes. Again Place your mixer into an airtight box and repeat this process. Now add whipped cream gently using your hand beater. Pour the mixture into the mango shell and place the all mangoes into a box or in a glass. Cover and freeze them in the refrigerator for 8 hours. After set, cut them into pieces and serve chilled.
