pista kulfi :

Kulfi is a delicious and fabulous item during summer…it is easy to make and taste yummy…


  • Whole milk:1 litre
  • Condensed milk: 1cup
  • Powder milk:1/4 cup
  • Corn flour: 1tbsp
  • pistachio : 1/2cup (chopped)
  • Green cardamom powder: 1tsp
  • Whipped cream:1cup(I used whipped cream) Or Fresh cream: 1cup


Heat milk in a heavy pan and stir occasionally until it starts to boil. Simmer the flame and reduce to 1/2 litre, stirring constantly.
mix corn flour and 1/2 cup cold milk. Now add this mixer into the thicken milk. Stir well on low flame. Now add cardamom powder, condensed milk and powder milk. Stir constantly.

Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.

Add 1/2 chopped pistachio with milk mixture and mix well.

Place your mixer into a airtight box and freeze them in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

After 4 hours, remove the mixer form refrigerator and blend for two minutes. Now add whipped cream gently using your hand beater. And add remaining chopped pistachio.
Pour in the prepared moulds, seal them airtight and freeze them in the refrigerator for atleast 8 hours.

To serve take your mould out of the freezer and let it rest for 1min. gently, remove the kulfi from the glass / mould with the help of a knife, into an individual serving bowl.
