Almond malai kulfi recipe


Almond kulfi :

Kulfi is a delicious and fabulous item during summer…it is easy to make and taste yummy…


  • Whole milk:1 litre
  • Condensed milk: 1cup
  • Powder milk:1/4 cup
  • Corn flour: 3tbsp
  • Raisins: 20(chopped)
  • Almond: 1/2cup (chopped)
  • Green cardamom powder: 1tsp
  • Whipped cream:1cup(I used whipped cream) Or Fresh cream: 1cup


Heat milk in a heavy pan and stir occasionally until it starts to boil. Simmer the flame and reduce to 1/2 litre, stirring constantly.
Add corn flour and 1/2cup cold milk and mix it well. Now add this mixer into the thicken milk. Stir well on low flame. Now add cardamom powder, condensed milk and powder milk. Stir constantly.
Add chopped raisins, almonds and Cook for 2 min or until it start to boil.

Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.


Place your mixer into a airtight box and freeze them in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove the mixer form refrigerator and blend for two minutes. Now add whipped cream gently using your hand beater. And add some chopped nuts.
Pour in the prepared moulds, seal them airtight and freeze them in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
