Lahori chicken chargha
Ingredients:
For marinating:
- Whole Chicken: 1 (with deep slits marked on it So that marination reaches deep in the chicken.)
- lemon juice: 2tbsp
- thick yogurt: 1/4cup
- tandoori masala: 2tbsp
- tomato ketchup: 2tbsp
- Ginger paste: 1tbsp
- Garlic paste: 1tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1tsp
- Red chilli powder : 1tsp
- Garam masala powder: 1tsp
- Roasted Cumin powder: 1tsp
- Chat masala: 1tbsp
- Salt: 1tsp
- Ghee or butter : 1/4cup
Procedure:
Wash and then dry the chicken properly. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix all the marinating ingredients to make a thick paste.
Now put this paste all over the chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours.
