Capsicum, tomato and onion: 1 , 2 and 2 (all vegetables cut into square cubes)
Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
Lemon juice: 2tbsp
Yogurt: 2tbsp
Tikka masala: 2tbsp
Red chili and black pepper powder: 1tsp each
Beaten egg: 1
Corn flour: 2tbsp
Breadcrumbs and oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together tomato sauce, lemon juice and yogurt, tikka masala, pepper powder, egg and corn flour. Add chicken and all vegetables with the masala and mix well. cover and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
thread chicken cubes onto skewers alternating with vegetables.
roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry on medium heat till chicken tender and golden brown.
