Stuffed French toast


For stuffing:

  • Tomato ketchup and Mayonnaise: 1/2cup each
  • Black pepper powder: 1tsp
  • Tuna keema: 1/2cup(or any other leftover cooked beef or chicken keema)
  • Salt and 1tsp sugar

For coating:

  • Egg: 3
  • Milk: 1cup
  • Some salt, pepper and 1tsp sugar as your taste


  • Bread slices: 12 pieces
  • Oil for deep frying


Mix all the stuffing ingredient and set aside.

Mix egg, milk, pepper, salt and sugar in a big bowl that can hold bread slices. Set aside.
Take a bread slice and evenly spread around 2tbsp mayo ketchup mixture on top of the bread. Keep going until all the bread slices are done.

Cover it with another bread slices then slice the bread sandwich in two triangular slices.
Heat oil in a pan. (for crispiness I use deep frying process, it can be shallow fry also)
Now gently dip one of the bread slices in the egg mixture and then place the bread slices on the hot oil.
When the egg coating turns into golden browned, flip and fry the other side of bread slices for 1minute.
Remove and serve hot with sauce.
