Bread rasmalai


Bread rasmalai:


• Bread: 6 slices
• Mixed nuts(cashew, almonds): 2tbsp chopped
• Ghee: 2 tbsp

For malai:

Whole milk: 2cup
• Condensed milk: 1cup
• Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
• Almonds & cashew : 2 Tbsp, roughly chopped


Preparing malai:

Heat a pan and add milk, condensed milk and cardamom powder. When it starts to boil, add chopped almonds. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat and Turn off the heat.

Preparing bread rasmalai:

Cut out the sides of the bread and soak them into water.
Using your fingers, press and remove the water from the bread pieces.
Put some nuts in the center of each bread and Wrap them in from all sides and give round shape (like kabab).
Shallow fry them into ghee for 1 minute.
Place it on a serving dish and pour malai over it.
