Crispy KFC chicken wings


For chicken wings marinade:

  • Chicken wings: 8 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper: 1tsp
  • Paprika or red chili powder: 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp each
  • Msg/testing salt: 1/2tsp

For chicken fry:

  • Flour: 1cup
  • Rice flour: ½ cup
  • Paprika: 1tsp
  • Salt: 1tsp
  • Black pepper: 1tsp
  • Liquid ingredients (milk: 1cup + beaten egg: 1)
Mix chicken with the marinade ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour.


Mix flour, rice flour, black pepper, paprika and salt and pour into a zip lock bag or into a plastic bag.


Mix egg and milk in a bowl and set aside.
Heat 2 cup oil in a deep bowl/karahi and let it hot.



First dip the wings in egg mixture and then Place the chicken wings into the flour bag and shake the bag properly. Then the egg and milk mixture again, and then back intO the sure that each piece is coated very generously.


Place wings one at a time in hot oil and deep fry at medium heat until cooks evenly and golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve hot with sauce.
