Cup pizza



• Grated mozzarella cheese: 1 ½ cup
• Capsicum: 1/4cup chopped
• Tomato: 1/4 cup chopped
• Filling: 1/2cup(you can add any filling like beef or chicken or leftover beef)

For dough:

• All purpose flour: 1cup
• Instant yeast: 1tsp
• Sugar: 1tsp
• Salt: 1/2tsp
• Oil: 1tbsp
• Milk powder:2tbsp
• Warm water as needed

For pizza sauce:

• tomato paste: ½ cup
• tomato sauce: ½ cup
• dried oregano:1 tsp
• sugar:1tsp
• paprika:1tsp
• garlic: 1tbsp(finely chopped)
• red chili flakes: 1tsp
• butter:1tbsp


Preparing sauce:

Heat butter in a bowl on medium flame, add garlic and stir well. Now add tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika and red chili flakes and stir to combine.
Add oregano, salt and sugar. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Preparing pizza crust:

In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast.mix very well.
Add oil and mix it. Now slowly add warm water to the flour mixer. Knead it well and make soft dough. Knead until you have smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Once rise, divide the dough into 6 balls.
Roll out the ball using flour.


Place the pizza base into the cup or muffin mould.
Pour some pizza sauce over the base and pour some filling over the sauce.


Sprinkle some cheese and oregano.

Preheat oven to 400 F and bake cup pizzas for15 minutes.

Serve hot….
