chapli kabab :


  • Beef keema :  1kg(thickly minced with fat)
  • Ginger garlic paste or finely chopped:  1tbsp each
  • Garam masala powder: 1tbsp
  • Besan or corn flour or rice flour: 2tbsp
  • Crushed Cumin: 1tsp
  • Crushed Coriander: 1tsp(not powder)
  • Crushed dry chilies: 4 pieces
  • Chopped  finely Onion : 1 Cup
  • Fried and chopped Egg : 2
  • Egg beaten: 2
  • Red chili powder: 1tsp
  • Chopped Tomato: 1cup
  • pomegranate seeds(anardana): 2tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander and mint leaves: 1/4cup each
  • Chopped Green chilies: 2
  • grated cheese: 1/4cup(optional)
  • Ghee: 1/4cup
  • Salt: 1tsp or as needed




In a large bowl,add all the kabab ingredients except tomato and ghee and mix well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 mins add tomato then mix it with keema.Using hands make round thin kabab(around 16) like hamburger steak.


Heat 2tbsp ghee in a tawa, Place each kabab and fry on high heat until dark brown.


Drizzle some lemon juice on them and Serve hot with naan or tandoori.
