Cold coffee


  • Milk: 2cup
  • Milk powder: 2tbsp
  • Sugar: 2tbsp
  • Instant coffee powder: 1tbsp
  • Cocoa powder: 1tbsp
  • Vanilla ice-cream: 1cup


Add all ingredients except ice cream in a bowl. Mix well and cook on medium heat until it boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Place it into refrigerator for 2 hours.
In a blender, add cold coffee milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
Pour in a glass and garnish with cream and chocolate. Serve cold.
