Rooh afzah lassi


  • Cold Milk or water: 2cup
  • Rooh afzah: 3tbsp
  • Ice cubes: 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt: 2cup
  • Sugar: 1/4cup or as you needed


In a blender add milk, sugar, yogurt, ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Divide among 5 chilled glasses. pour 1/2 tbsp rooh afzah on top and just mix with spoon.
Serve cold.
