• 2 cups flour • 1 tsp salt • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 and ½ tsp instant yeast • 1cup warm milk • 2tbsp butter
For beef filling: (or you can use sausage instead filling)
• 1 cup beef keema • ½ cup finely chopped onion • 1 tsp Garam masala powder • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste • 1 tsp black pepper powder • 1tsp soya sauce • 1 tbsp tomato sauce • 1 tbsp oil • 1/2cup mashed potato • 2tbsp breadcrumbs
• 1 egg yolk and • some sesame seeds
Heat the pan; add oil and ¼ cup onion.fry onion till soft. Then add beef keema, salt, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper and garam masala powder. Cook them for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure that the mixture is completely dry. Finally, add the tomato sauce and soya sauce mix well and switch off. Now add mashed potato and breadcrumbs to the mixer.
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, dry yeast, sugar. Then add warm milk and start kneading using your hands. Add the melted butter and knead till it forms a rough ball and a medium level of gluten has developed.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap; allow it tocold rise in the refrigerator for 12 hours or 1 day. This cold rise part is very important for make soft and better dough.
Now take the dough from fridge and place in a floured surface. Knead it for 5 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl and again Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Preparing bread bun:
Take 1/4cup filling and shape it like sausage.
Take the dough and divide the dough into two portions. Take one portion and roll out the dough like rectangular shape.
Cut into 7 long pieces; wrap each around a filling (like picture).
Place into a greased baking pan and brush egg yolk over the bread and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Place the tray into a preheated oven and bake at 190c for 20 min.
