Chicken popcorn

Ingredients:

For chicken marinade:

  • Boneless chicken cube: 400gm (2 breasts)
  • Soya sauce:1tsp
  • Egg white: 1
  • Flour: 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper and chili powder: ½ tsp each
  • Salt: 1/2tsp

For coating:

  • Bread crumbs: 1cup
  • Crushed Corn flacks or Flattened rice(chira): 1/4cup
  • Chill water

Instructions:

Marinade the chicken cubes with all marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

Heat 2cup oil in a pan for deep frying.

Coat each chicken cube in breadcrumbs. Dip the coated chicken in chill water and then roll them in flattened rice.

Now fry the coated chicken in medium to low heat until golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve hot.
