For chicken marinade:
- Boneless chicken cube: 400gm (2 breasts)
- Soya sauce:1tsp
- Egg white: 1
- Flour: 2tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp
- Black pepper and chili powder: ½ tsp each
- Salt: 1/2tsp
- Bread crumbs: 1cup
- Crushed Corn flacks or Flattened rice(chira): 1/4cup
- Chill water
Marinade the chicken cubes with all marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
Heat 2cup oil in a pan for deep frying.
Coat each chicken cube in breadcrumbs. Dip the coated chicken in chill water and then roll them in flattened rice.
