Add jackfruit cubes into hot boiling water and boil until it 80% tender (10 mins). Remove from heat and drain water.
Now add 1tsp turmeric powder and salt with cooked jackfruit cubes. Heat 2tbsp oil in a frying pan, add jackfruit and fry on high flame for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a Karahi, add chopped onion and whole gorom masala and fry until golden. Now add 1/2cup water, salt, sugar, tamarind pulp, all paste and powder masala into the karahi and cook until oil separates.
add beef into the karahi and stir and cook on high heat until oil separates. Now add 2 cup water. Cover the karahi and cook on very low heat until beef tenders. Then add green chilies, roasted moong dal and fried jackfruit, mix well with the beef. Add 2cup hot water and again cook on low flame until dal tender and gravy becomes thick.
