Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room (or in a warm oven) for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Once rise, take out the dough in floured surface and divide the dough into 16 balls.
Roll out each ball using flour and rolling pin.

Then sprinkle some garlic and coriander leaves over the naan bread and press it using rolling pin.let them rest for 5 min.

In a small bowl, mix 1tbsp salt with 1/4cup water.
Heat tawa and apply little salty water on Naan bread and then place watery side Naan on hot tawa, so Naan stick easily on tawa.let it cook for 1 min on high flame.

Turn the tawa and roast all side of the Naan directly on flame till golden brown spotted. (See picture)

Turn the naan again and cook for 1min on medium flame.
Remove from the pan and brush some butter over the naan.
