- Boneless chicken breasts: 2(chopped finely)
- Mashed potato: 1cup
- Finely chopped onion: 1/2cup
- Soya sauce: 1tbsp
- Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
- Red chili powder: 1tsp
- Black pepper powder: 1tsp
- Butter: 2tbsp
Heat butter and add onions when butter melts.
Add chicken, salt, soya and tomato sauce, chilli and pepper and stir-fry till chicken is tender. Now add mashed potato and mix well. Cook for 2minutes more then turn off the heat.
- Flour: 2cup
- Ghee/butter/Oil: 4tbsp
- Salt: 1/2tsp
Mix flour, salt and oil into a crumbly consistency. Add enough water to make a medium soft dough like roti dough.
Cover and Leave to rest for at least half an hour.
Divide the dough into 14 equal portions and shape into balls. Roll out each ball into a puri. Apply little water on the edges of the puri.
Now take 1tbsp chicken filling and place it over one half of the puri.
Then Press the edges nicely with your fingers to seal the edges or Make a design.
