Doi salad


Doi salad:


1. Plain yogurt:1 cup
2. Large cucumbers: 1 peeled
3. Chopped tomato: 3
4. Chopped Onion:
5. Chopped green chilies: 3
6. Black pepper powder: 1tsp
7. Lemon juice: 1tbsp
8. Bit salt: 1 tsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Sugar: 1tbsp
11. fresh mint leaves: 1tsp


Place the yogurt in a fine mesh strainer set over a bowl and drain for 1 hour. Discard the liquid in the bowl.
Combine yogurt, pepper, salt, bit salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
In a large bowl, add cucumber, tomato, onion and green chilies. Pour yogurt mixer and mix well.
Serve with polau or naan.
