Apple murabba:

Ingredients:

1. Apple 1 kg(7 pieces)
2. Sugar 2 cup
3. Saffron 1 tsp
4. Clove 5 pieces
5. Cardamom 4pieces
6. Cinnamon 1pieces
7. Rose water as required
8. Red chili 2.cut into pieces.
9. Water as required

Instructions:

Wash apples properly. Peel them.
With the knife cut out the core. Discard core and seeds and cut into pieces.
Now add 4 cup water in a pan, let it boil and add cardamom, cinnamon, clove. Boil apple for 20 minutes.
When apple becomes slightly tender then mix saffron in apple mixture and cook for a while.
Mix 1 cup water,1/2 tsp salt, lime juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Now cook the apples in sugar syrup till it turns thick. Add red chilies and rose water.
Place Apple Murabba in airtight jar.
Serve it with meal.
